What's Included in the 3 Free Sessions?
Day 1 (Assessment): We'll kick things off by sitting down and going over your goals to make sure we're aware of any injuries you have. We'll also do a joint-by-joint assessment gauging your strength and flexibility at each joint so we can create a program that is appropriate for you right now . The first day usually takes about an hour and a half from start to finish.
Day 2: Using what we've learned from Day 1, we'll go over the results of your assessment and show you exactly why those aches and pains exist in you body. Then we'll walk you though the exact form for the exercises and stretches you need to be doing right now to balance the muscle back to normal and relieve that tension and pain. We will also look at the exact action plan needed for you to achieve your goal.
Day 3: On the 3rd day you get to experience our Semi Private Training Style and our partner assisted stretches! From here you can decide if you'd like to continue with our program or put the action plan we've created for you in place on your own. Regardless of what you choose, you've got a set plan in place to help you hit your goal!
What Makes Us Different
Unlike the typical gym, we focus on personal training, nutrition, flexibility, and provide the accountability that our clients need in order to reach their goals. Our sessions are 30 minutes each and we have a open and flexible schedule allowing you to book your sessions whenever works best for you and your calendar.
Every workout is created with your goals, injuries, and ability level in mind. We are especially mindful of form so that we can ensure we don't aggravate old injuries and work to prevent future ones--even working with your doctors if needed to ensure your safety.
Accountability is what makes us different from everyone else in the area. Though we don't offer cardio machines here in the studio, we stay in open and constant contact with you and offer suggestions to help you with that area of your fitness. We also counsel on nutrition and are available 24/7 in case you have any questions about your program.
Pricing After the 3 Free Sessions: After your third session we'll sit down with you and go over the program that will be best to get you to your goals. We have a flat rate of $25 a session and $12 a stretch. Unlike other gyms in the area, we don't do long-term contracts. We want everything to be completely personalized to you and your schedule, that's why we do month-to month commitments, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Studio Hours: Our studio is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 am - 7 pm and on Saturday from 7am to 1 pm.
