"When I first started last January I had been having a lot of back problems. I knew I needed to lose weight and get in shape but did not know how to get started. My main form of exercise was walking until I came to TNT Health & Fitness. The trainers here worked with me to get me started with basic exercises and made sure that they did not aggravate my back or knees. They also showed me how to do the exercises properly. Each month they progressively move you to more advanced exercises and higher weights because as you get stronger you can do more. I am really amazed sometimes at what I am able to do. I am a lot stronger and my back problems are gone. I have Type 2 Diabetes and exercising and losing weight has helped me get this under control too. My A1C was 6.8 when I started and last month it was down to 5.4. My doctor was very pleased with my lab results and has been adjusting my medication amounts. I hope to be able to come off some of the medications soon. It is a lot easier than I thought to schedule time to workout. I come two times a week for 30 minutes and you can schedule about any day or time you want. If things come up you can always find a different time to come in. "TNT changed my life!!! I was 361lbs before starting working out at TNT and the doctor said that it was time to make a change or I was going to develop some pretty serious health issues such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high BP and on, and on, and on…. To say the least I was in the worst health I have been in my whole life. I started with TNT and within 7 months I was down to 228lbs- that is a grand total of 133lbs! They not only changed my life but possibly saved my life.
