Semi-Private Personal Training
Do you ever find yourself spending hours wandering around the gym unsure of what to do? Do you spend all of your time moving from machine to machine wondering what each one is really doing for you or questioning if you need to be doing it at all?
During our time efficient 30 minute workouts one of our certified trainers will walk you through each and every exercise to ensure you are doing each one correctly. It is our job to make sure that you are getting the most out of each workout. We bring all of the equipment to you, so there is no wasted time. Our goal is always to be as efficient as possible in that 30 minutes.
In every fitness plan we develop we spend a lot of time and effort ensuring that it is personalized to your goals and needs. If you have a prior injury, we spend ample time assessing the issue and developing a strategy around it. Our first week is spent assessing your strengths and weaknesses, fitness level, goals, and starting points so we have all of the information we need to develop a program to get you to your goal. During this week, we walk you through each and every step so you will have complete confidence in your program and ensure your success.
