Personal training isn't our only focus here at TNT.  We also offer nutrition programs, stretching, and an array of assessments to keep you on track toward your goal. Read on to find out more about each of the programs we offer!

Fitness Programs

At TNT we have developed a step-by-step process that will ensure you reach your goals.  Your first week is focused solely on getting the assessments and numbers we need in order to tailor your program entirely to you.  You’re a unique person.  Why wouldn’t you have a unique workout program?

Semi Private Personal Training

Our semi-private personal training is a training experience unlike any other in the area.  With our semi-private sessions you will be training in a private group setting with up to four people, each of you completing your own uniquely tailored workout.

Express Stretching

With our Express Stretch you will be moved through a full range of motion by your trainer. Our trainer will be communicating with you about the intensity you are experiencing during the stretch, all the while working to prevent injury, decrease lower back and knee pain, and improve overall functional movement.

One Percent Change Fitness Assessment

Our One Percent Change is a 42 point fitness assessment.  We will assess the range of motion and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body.  This will give us all the necessary data to identify any potential risk for injuries or muscular imbalance you may have developed.
